部屋が大きく快適だった。 朝食ブュッフェが豊富でおいしかった。 センターまで徒歩で行ける。

I thought the service was professional and well-organised. Having the parking facility was also very helpful.

location of the hotel is good for sight seeing and shopping

Hotel room was dated and shabby. The bathroom door jammed on the floor and tiles were chipped. The sliding wardrobe doors were off their runners. Hotel should state that it has no non smoking rooms.

the position, the park, the swimming pool (little but relaxing and cooling alvove all during august days) and rooms very clean and confortable. They give you the possibility to extend your check out untill 20:00 with 20 euro more per room (parking included)

in the swimming pool there werw just 4 deckchairs!

The hotel's location is perfect, close to markets, shops, easy to access to down town, many buses passes to the area.

The breakfast was less thank expectation, no many choices. no Fresh jucies, the electricity was for 10 hrs and the hotel charged us within normal rate!!!! The Mangement should enforme the guest in advance for this maintance not once the guest arrived.

Comfort and space plus it was easy to get to parking was right nexo doro foro a ver reasonable fee. Getting to the sights was a peine of cake!

This is probably the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The attitude of most of the staff we came into contact with ranged from indifference to obstructiveness. We were even refused the use of an iron and ironing board.The shower in the bathroom continually flooded the room, and the so called swimming pool was smaller than most Hot Tubs .

The closeness to the city centre and all the attractions.

More information about local events, transport etc. at the desk. Tea-making facilities in room.

Excellent customer service, but do book for dinner. We were caught out and had to dine elsewhere. Not a problem though as there are loads of eateries nearby. The view from our room was lovely and the hotel is well looked after by attentive staff.

Non availability of the buffet restaurant for dinner and the roof restaurant is very expensive.

We liked the free parking with the room which made the trip so much easier. The breakfast was superb also and it was walking distance to the Albacin and Alhambra

It was great location exactly near the Palace of Congresses. English speaking stuff was very kind and friendly. Beautiful view from the roof

Rooms was quite clean, but not enough for 4 stars hotel. Also in the 4 stars hotel I expected to find shaving tools and iron to press my shirts, but no, it was nothing like this.

the location is pretty good for the money but the facilities are old and need updating. best part is the roof top terrace/restaurant

room did not smell that great and got little to no natural light but we were in the cheapest option on the inside of the building

The location was good and entral. The hotel innitial appearance was very good ... felt like the 4* hotel it is as you arrived at reception.

The room was clean but very very tired. Bathroom door was rotting from moisture, bath was stained etc. Decor out of date. On arrival staff insisted on speaking to my Spanish partner despite me booking and me speaking Spanish. I quietly asked them not to mention the price on checkout, just to hand be the bill (as it was a birthday surprise)... On checkout they ignored this.Generally, staff unfriendly. Very overpriced for the quality. Car park is seperate and had to walk in the rain from car park to hotel (although was uner hotel and close).

The location is ideal, both as regards being a short walk down from the Cathedral and main squares as well as sitting right on top of a public garage. Our teenage girls had a separate bedroom - albeit small - which gave us privacy.

The hotel is tired - exhausted actually! - and badly in need of refurbishment. The furniture is old and scratched, the armchair had a darned cigarette hole and an iron burn on the seat, the TV sets are at least a decade old (although they do have remote controls!), the bath was rusting in a few areas while the wood of the bathroom door had expanded in the bottom corner due to exposure to water from the shower. It may have been four-star in the good old days, but a review of its rating is well overdue.
